Shir ive been bouncing between 133 and one day a high of 135.6. Im trying to tell myself to be okay with a 1 pound fluctuation but when i hit 2 pounds in one week i get concerned. I think (at least currently) that as long as i stay cognizant of the scale and take extra steps if i get to that 2 pound number to correct it i will be okay (i almost said probably be ok but i must think positively😂). Conundrum because at the same time i think i need to add a couple of pounds back (bony back) but im so afraid to do so. Im seriously thinking of buying a scale that shows muscle mass just to get an idea of the trend although i do an in-body on the 1st of every month with my trainer. OCD behavior. Self diagnosed😬😘.
