morning 8 am:1 cup tea wd milk without sugar
10 am : half papaya
1 pm : saute soybean with carrot n onion
2 pm : 2 apples
3 pm : haf motichur laddu and one cucumber
5 pm: haf papaya
7 pm : 5 salted biscuits and one cup tea with milk and without sugar
9 pm : 0ne cup saute soybean with carrot onion and cucumber


187.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
