I am starting this again as I now have a reason and a target - it is my birthday on 3rd June and I will be 51 - I want to go dancing and wear something skimpy! lol :0) 0 plus in the Autumn I hope to go to Cuba.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
