I knew I was eating larger portions & it showed on my weigh in.Well the scale stayed the same, I know I should be happy it didn't go up. I think I get alittle cocky because I am doing well and loosing weight I can eat more. WELL!! I have learned my lesson. Today will be a challenge though with all the food.:)
