wow! good for you! I see that you are signed up for the no carb challenge and am wondering what your ideas are for NO carb meals? I have been eating very low carb but am kinda at a loss for NO carbs.

Hi, honestly, I just signed up and I have no idea what a 0 carb diet would look like. Perhaps if there was a quota on a number/grams of carbs per day one would have a little idea. I have since opted to drastically reduce the amount of carbs I eat to as little as possible. Good luck too.
