Today is my NY STRIP DAY 🥩😊There were times this week I wanted to go get Chinese, but i didn't. I'm hitting a plateau/slow down. It's now getting harder to lose. I'm walking more and glad it's fall! I just want to be 100% through New Years. Then I'll make a new goal. it's not ez, but putting the weight on was ez.
