Today is my fourth day on the journey. I understand that I have a long way to go. I am following a Low card high fat diet and am still trying to get my way around food choices and portion sizes. I have been doing modest exercise since Tuesday and I must admit, it is hard. I am usually tired before two minutes is over. But, I wont give up. My spirit is up, I'm committed and I am just taking it one day at a time.

Thank You so Much Elsa, I am feeling a little stronger now. I can do 20 minutes of cardio with no major problems at all now.
