So I am now at goal and ready to maintain. YIPEE!!! It is so tempting to try and lose more, but I must stop before I get too small and look scrawny. I am a comfortable size 12, which is pretty good for me at 5'4" and 48 yrs old. I am now exercising a lot more and hope to tone up to save me having to wear body stockings to hold everything in place haha
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
