Roller coaster up again. Ate properly yesterday. A bit frustrated. My husband makes these tortilla chip, hummus, cheesy creations before bed every night and he is still loosing weight. Not me! If I ate those the ride up would be even higher!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
