Happy dance! 👯♀️ Changes I've made this week: * Sassy Water - at least 2L per day * Probiotic - before breakfast * Daily calories - intake upped to ~1300cal Visibly less bloated and achy, so it's working! Plus weight is finally going down ⬇️
