It is fairly easy to stay at this weight. I can't seem to find the motivation to het rid of the last few pounds. I am relatively happy at this weight but would like to be a bit less so my summer clothes are a bit loose. Don't want to feel like a sausage. Will go back to strictly following the plan today and see what happens.
