Feeling okay about this week’s loss, less so about not being allowed to exercise following minor dental surgery yesterday 😂…missing my Sunday routine of hike, swim, strength and itching to get back to it.

MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: On a day I can’t work out, grateful for healthy recipes on the Internet that aren’t super difficult to make! Made a batch of dill cottage cheese dip for veggies, protein oatmeal bake and low fat oatmeal banana bread bc I had an excess of oats and cottage cheese that needed to get used.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 211.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perhaps a mobility day in place of a workout would be a good option if you feel better after doing something. I know I don’t prioritize mobility work enough 😉
