Yoo Hoo--- went home this weekend and still stayed on my diet, took my food with me , and it worked. went to my Dr. this morning, she says if my kidney functions are ok I am good for this diet and my cholesterol, I guess we know how I am really doing by the end of the week. Sure hope I can stay on this diet it is doing good for me.
