Was at a baby shower yesterday. Not easy to be totally compliant in the face of a big delicious spread. Kept mostly to black coffee and veggies. But, had a bit of veggie dip, and some fruit and chocolate. Of course, my weight is up a bit today, but I know that I can get back down again later this week.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
