interesting...when I got on the scale and saw the number I was rather surprised as I thot that was where I was last week. turns out I'm down 1.5, so I'm thrilled! I was a bit worried as my workouts have been minimal this week due to full time in the field. Soooo, I'm happy with where I am. will go to early workout Sat then long run on Sunday to catch up on exercise needs! feel like I have hit the point of an exercise habit, and I'm happy about that.
