Recorded the whole of July. Calories weren't too bad but macros were awful. Anyway, I'm off camping and to watch the Mountain Bike Downhill World Championships so diet and exercise will be sketchy at best😀😀that's OK. I'm ready for the break in routine.

Enjoyed without any regrets, sometimes I consume more calories to keep my metabolism up and then start dieting again so take it as a chance to enjoy and keep fit 😉
