Thanks for all your encouragement, have had a good day, Strawberries are coming in, This could be a problem for me. had 2 today but still in my limit, good day on my diet rode my stationary bike 8 miles -Goodnight God Bless!!

Yes, I love strawberries. :) Why can't you eat them, if U don't mind me asking? I am eating a lot of them myself! Maybe that is why I am having problems losing?~Ann

I love strawberries, when they are in season I eat about a cut or more a day. But then fruits are in my plan, lots of fruits and veggies.

I am doing Atkins and am doing introduction . trying to stay at or 20 carbs a day, and so far is working good for me. each large strawberry has 1.38 carbs , and to me strawberries are like candy , if I know they are there. my resistance is low. Try to get my vegies in . I know I can add more complex carbs later. .This diet is really working for me , feel good and don't get as hungry.
