229.8 232.0 2.2lb gain in six days. Ugh!! Scale gave me the same weight twice, dunno if it's accurate, but it's consistent.
Didn't work on projects this week, and went way overboard with calories on Tuesday.
Projects came to a screeching halt several weeks ago due to an injured big toe, then multiple computers had issues keeping me from doing more physical things,
Family feud home tournament occupying my time this week, so that should help with next week's weigh-in.
Taking care of my mother is becoming stressful, and so I'm trying desperately to stay focused on just one thing..... To not be overeating.
Laptop power button came in, so I replaced it, but the screen burned out when the switch went bad. Probably what we smelled that day, but I couldn't get the battery out fast enough.
So now the laptop is hooked up to a small flat screen, which was the plan anyway, but not until winter, and it would've been nice to have it still be mobile for visiting cemeteries while I post my genealogy stuff. Looking at similar ones on eBay so I have parts of I need them.
With everything that's being difficult, I feel like I need a win at something. I want that something to be weight loss, but it's wasn't in the cards for me this week
Got my mom out of her house for a while today with a Burger King Chicken Sandwich bribe.... Got a second set of sandwiches for snacks at her house tonight... Doubtful she'll eat it. Bad for me, but her need supercedes mine right now. 💻👇⚖️🖕☹️
