Good morning all! I’ve just started back, and I’m already seeing that yo-yo thing going on. I’m still down a few pounds - so that’s a positive. I know it’s water weight, but I’ll take it. I am noticing I’m becoming aware of water intake. I also notice my best days were when it was mostly vegetables and protein. Going to track my meals and do a deep dive into which days and meals seem to be most effective. I know they say you should be able to eat anything, with in reason, but I don’t think that’s going to work for me. Wish I could get the meals, portions and macros figured out. I’ll get there eventually.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 104.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
