Came back to FS today. I’ve been struggling with weight challenges for along time. Between medications, autoimmune diseases, stress-etc I have been gaining more then losing. I tried another highly rated program and gained, even though I followed it to T. I do work out 30 minutes a day. I’m not into keto. I do well with a balanced diet. My Dr. said to stick to 1200 calories. I guess I’m looking for support and encouragement as well as accountability. I see all these posts and so many great results. I hope I came back to the right place. Tell me what works best for you.
