Thank you Zenus! I hope you're having a great day too. I'm traveling on vacation with my family, so I don't have a scale and it's hard to plan my meals. I'm not focusing on fasting, just not eating unless I'm hungry, stopping before I'm full, and focusing on getting vegetables and protein in so that I'm not tempted by the "junk" food my husband and son tend to eat. We've been more active than my daily routine walking, hiking, and scaling rocks all day, I think the energy consumed and spent may balance out!
