Thank you both. Feels good to be keeping it here while eating normally. I'll start being a bit more rigid again so I can take on the last two stubborn pounds in July and August. My goal is to get to, and maintain 140 while lifting regularly to maintain tone and strength. I'm no spring chicken, but I'm not ready to give up either.
