I pretty much ate what I wanted all weekend with the in-laws in town....figured that would break me or gain me. I was wrong....so 10-day cleanse with the hubster starts today!

In that case it's good you stayed the same, much better then a gain! A cleanse sounds good to me for breaking a plateau, good luck. I wonder how many days will your husband last LOL Not that I know anything about him but most men can't handle being hungry all the time.

Hahahahaha you're so right...he's done them with me before but he doesn't really like anything healthy so he's always whining that he has nothing to eat....it's only 10 days, but this'll be a loooooooooooong 10 days!

I hate being hungry too, but fasting and eating a considerable caloric deficit has taught me to be more patient with my stomach.
