Up a bit today. No surprise. Stressful day. Tio had 16 teeth pulled. Mouth in terrible shape. Worse than the ever imagined. Poor dog. Resting better now. Tortilla chip fest yesterday for me. Also had about 4 protein bars. Aside from the chips i didn't any food I shouldn't have. Just ate too much. Also used milk in coffee as comfort food.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
