Trying the "No Carbs Day" challenge, in my case it will hopefully be low carb. I'm going to try to stay under 100. I don't know if that is still considered low but it is my aim. I am feeling so much better today than I had for the past three. Sometimes TOM can be a pain and this one was a doozy. I think I ended up sleeping most of Monday and half of Tuesday away, I was in pain and so tired.

I ate below 120 grams carbs & my armband sent me a message: "Carbohydrate-containing food packed with nutrients should be a key part of your diet. Choose fruits, vegetables and grains. These carbohydrate-containing, nutrient-rich foods may help your heart stay healthy and reduce your risk for chronic disease." I'm not doing low carb. Accidentally low carb some days. lol

Accidentally is a good thing sometimes, lol. I felt good today and my energy is out the roof. I wonder if it has something to do with the low carb thing. I kind of wish there was a weekly low/no day carb challenge now.
