remembered to weigh myself again to show how big a gain you can have from one bad weekend of eating and boom down 3.6lbs in one day. Flushed the salt out by drinking extra water, It seems conter intuitive but drinking more water will make your body stop holding onto excess water weight. Just an FYI on this too I had 2 donuts with breakfast and consumed over 300 grams of carbs yesterday. The donuts are not a regular thing but over 300 grams of carbs is for me, carbs are not the enemy people make them out to be. Your weight will fluctuate especially if you have a full on Cheat weekend as many do. It could take you the entire week to get back to where you ended on the previous Friday entering a cycle of gaining and losing the same few pounds over and over again. I still have another 2 to go to get back to where I was and I'm trying to remember to weigh in everyday this week just to show how long it will take to get back.
