A fasting day, exercise, and sensible diet... still no weight loss. 'o.O Guess my body is recovering from the last fast weight loss. ¬_¬

OK, so I wasn't well last night, panicked, and called an emergencyish line. Long story short, I have pretty low blood pressure and my anxiety (I have quite a few anxiety issues, and with OCD) has been doing a number on me, lately. -__-

Just wanna say that I'm really grateful for this site, and all the friendly, supportive people on here. Thanks!

That was nice. A midnight, freezing cold, 30-minute walk. xD I wanted more steps! Not that I'm addicted. :P This site really helps. Seeing all my hard work laid out in-front of me like this, the pedometer and its features too, makes me wanna work harder at it.

Oh, I weighed myself a little earlier and apparently I've gained a couple of pounds. x_x But, I had not too long eaten, added salt (because apparently that's good for low blood pressure people) and have tried to drink more water than usual. (important for those with low blood pressure, too... plus diet and exercise, so I need water) Will weigh again tomorrow and see what happens. I don't wanna log added weight. :P
183.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No gain is still a win. Keep up the good work.

True, I didn't think of it that way... no gain is better than gaining a ton of weight! xD Thanks.

I've been doing some fasting, but I haven't been on a scale. I try not to so I won't stress myself out and help the weight to stay. Just be patient. The weight is going to have to come off! Well, also make sure your not eating too much after the fast.

When you start to feel anxiety building can you pop in an exercise viedo or do something else to 're direct your thinking. just putting an idea out there. I understand anxiety can be pretty intense.

Hi there, Jend. Yep, sometimes I can workout to deal with the anxiety a bit; it's definitely a stress-reliever. Not always an option, though. I've struggled with anxiety for most of my life, unfortunately, and it's apparently here to stay. ¬_¬ Meohmy125, you're right, I need to be patient. Don't worry, I'm eating well on the other days, too... minus last night, but that was different... xD I was so stressed and honestly just needed something nice, plus I thought it might help. (it didn't) Lesson learned. Luckily, I was around my maintainence level, so it's no real loss.

Hi there, I feel close to your feelings since I've been struggling with anxiety a lot in the past few years...nothing that I wish for anyone! 😟 About the diet definitely fasting and then exercise can make your body hold all the food you eat. You're giving a signal to your body to be in alarm state when you don't eat for long hours, that's why you don't see immediate results. Being in ketosis is a very delicate state, exercising is never a good idea since it's the first reason why your body keeps the "fuel"/food that it needs. I wish for you a smooth and happy weight loss, we all should lose weight without torture ourselves, otherwise we could never stick with any food regime long term :-( Oh boy...sometimes it's so hard 😢
