Actually weighed myself am and was 3lbs lighter, naked :) hooray :). Trying calorie counting today to see how many carbs I eat ...woah...I sure love carbs :) Amazing where they lurk! I have only eaten 720 calories BUT over 100g of carbs.....so no wonder my regular diet was making me gain weight slowly over the years. I used to be around ten stones or 140lbs and would like to get back there...funny to think I once thought that was too heavy...with age, comes wisdom!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
