It seems I was 189lbs before, going by the calculator xD I'm now at 185lbs. (it seems I have to update that tomorrow) Fasting for one day netted me 3 or 4lbs lost. 'o.O (I'm blind so couldn't see whether it was 3 or 4lbs lower) That's insane. I assume most of that is water. I've not had a chance to drink too much, but the evening I've been drinking. (also had alcohol)

So far so good. I think this site will be an enormous help.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
