This week a 1 pound lose which is still a lose! However I need to see what things I can do to improve on to get better results. My exercise level was much better and I am lifting weights 3 days per week (Mon, Wed and Fri) in the morning before work which consist of circuit style training of 4 sets at 15 reps per set. I also include cardio in my morning workouts. On Tuesdays and Thursdays are all cardio. I also include cardio workout during lunch for an hour or so on m-f.
I think where I need to focus in on better is my diet. I am consuming around the 1800-2000 level mostly quality food. But I have cheated some like eating a couple of cookies every other days, mixed nuts, salsa with chips etc. I think this is the area along with watching portion control I need to improve. The good news is my blood sugar is staying between 90 and 103 and m doctor has taken me off my insulin and byeta. I am just using metformin.

Sometimes when you do a lot of exercise, you lose fat quicker than you see the scale move downward. Exercise can cause muscles to retain water (google "why the scale lies" for insight). I had a friend go down 4 sizes but stayed the same weight for a few months. Weird, but it happens. Exercise helps you get leaner and stronger. So keep it up. Sounds like you are doing amazing. Take your measurements too.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions Susi161. I have been getting nice comments from others on how much better I am looking these days and that's also great for the mind.
