Finally got in a good rowing session last night before class. Did it with a cough drop in my mouth, but whatever it takes, right? So, three weeks of bronchitis later, 6.6 METs, average heart rate of 148 with 20 minutes in peak zone which is exactly what i needed. I felt so much better last night afterwards. I love walking, but i can’t go fast enough right now with Sadie and those long false flats aren’t the same as a hard swim or row.
