I reached yet another, new lowest weigh-in - I am now at 99.1 kgs. I am starting to get far enough away from the 100 kgs and I will consider going up a little in my RDI. I have decided to be doing 2200 calories per day, 100 less than what FatSecret suggests. I am now doing 1700, to speed things up. I think I will start Monday. Kinda scary. I've been going lower and lower in my calorie intake for 9 months, and now I have to eat MORE? :) It's difficult to wrap my head around? I do want to do this, start getting comfortable with a slightly different routine, as a preparation to get to a spot where I will be comfortable for the rest of my life. Not there yet, but things take preparation, and I won't want to screw up when I'm there. Today, the sun is shining, summer is back in town, it's Saturday, and I will be performing live with my band! Life is good!
