Slow, steady, and consistent. I wish I was losing faster but I know that's not healthy. It's a constant battle to not reignite my eating disorder and I think I'm doing fairly well in that regard.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
