Wow. Given some pretty slow weeks, this seemed to come out of nowhere. I did make a shift to increasing my daily protein percentage and going to continue that because it just makes sense…if it also triggered this crazy loss, I’m certainly not complaining!

Weekly Healthier Life Moment of Gratitude: swimming is my happy place. As much as it’s a great physical workout 6x a week, my mind benefits just as much 🏊‍♀️❤️
245.7 lb Lost so far: 139.8 lb.    Still to go: 110.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
