Red quinoa with parsley 🌿
+ a few drops of hemp oil and squeezed lemon 🍋 + a mix of pickled cabbage🥬 , carrots 🥕, bell peppers 🫑 & onions

⏰ 2 x mashed potatoes 🥣😶‍🌫️
+ mix of pickled cabbage salad

2 x slice of pizza 🍕 ~ 🧀 + 🍅+ feta 🌿
A box of Amapola 🍬 hazelnuts & vanilla 🌰
207.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
