I really need to start recording my food again. It's been 5 months and I have put on 1 kilo since then. I am not in the right frame of mind for it because I know I am traveling again soon so won't get a straight run at it. I hate it when life gets in the way!!

It needs 4 days to calibrate to my stats. But so far it tells me that I work a hellava lot harder during my swim than I realised (24 mins out of 60 mins at 80% MHR)
