Started an elimination diet mid December 2022, due to health issues. It's been going well. I've been keeping a food diary to track what I react to, and decided this would be easier than pen n paper notes. Also picked up covid about a week n a half ago but energy levels are returning. In addition, I started ADHD meds recently but that was interrupted by the covid.. so I'm thinking come Monday morning I'll probably be feeling up to getting back to that too; it helps a lot with motivation and energy levels. So.. here we go again.
