This has been a very difficult week for me I'm 1 pound away from my goal if I needed to be focused it is now. Passed my colonoscopy so I'm thankful to God that I'm okay. I praise you God for this temple and give you all the glory and the honor. God is awesome
141.0 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
