I’ve gone to the gym 3 times this week for a total of about 7 hours.
It feels great. I’ve noticed my leg muscles are getting more firm and I’m getting a lot stronger.
The diet is where it’s at though, I let sugar come strolling back in to my life over the holidays and I’m working on cutting it back out. The whole family wants dessert now because we’re all craving sugar. At least I recognize it now before it gets out of hand.
What is your motivation to be healthy?
For me it’s my family and my business. I realized that the greatest threat to the business and my family’s livelihood was my poor health and awful diet. I knew that if I kept up the b.s. I was putting my family in danger.
I also enjoy physical activity for my hobbies and now that I’m physically lighter and in better shape I am doing better at my hobbies. For me I enjoy archery and air soft. What do you enjoy doing?
219.5 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
