Nice to see efforts to manage through the holidays pay off! Great way to kick off the new year. A year ago, I was almost 120 lbs heavier and today, I feel better than I’ve felt in forever. Starting the day doesn’t feel the same without swimming now and I don’t ever feel deprived or like Ive given anything up. I still have treats and I still very much enjoyed the holidays and I just want to keep going and I don’t ever want to go back. Happy New Year to you all!
261.9 lb Lost so far: 123.6 lb.    Still to go: 126.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
