I promised myself to keep myself accountable through the holidays…not depriving myself of delicious Christmas treats, but indulging consciously and maintaining my exercise routine. So far so good even with the literal mountain of chocolates underneath the tree 😆 Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all and thank you for being the gift of community and encouragement 🙏🏻🎄💕
