I need to get a grip and start losing weight again. I have a guy friend who goes to the gym everyday and looks amazing... If I ever want to have a relationship with a guy like that, I need to do something about my body so I feel confident and beautiful about myself - even if he doesn't mind what I look like now... I really want it for me. We all know it's do-able, I just have to do it.
