Have not been at work outs or following macros for two weeks due to vacation and then getting COVID. Here is to a new week and getting back into my routines with consistent eating and workouts.

Important to fully rest. You will not turn into a lump of nothing. Rest first then come back with all that stuff you got.

Sharon- so right on that. After being out of the gym for over two weeks my first workout the trainer backed me way off!! Still can feel it so glad he knows how to schedule my workouts!
