After a series of bug loss weeks, I’ll take it! Consistency is paying off and not nearly as nervous heading into the holidays now that I’ve got a healthier mindset, routine and the tools to keep me honest.
273.6 lb Lost so far: 111.9 lb.    Still to go: 138.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
