Definitely been on a good run and appreciate it won’t always be like this, but grateful for however long it continues 😊 I don’t eat out or drink that much, so especially pleased given last night’s sushi and sake and a slightly tipsy visit to Eataly for my favourite pecorino cheese. Bypassed the cannoli like a good girl 😆 Planning meals out using this app is really helping me ensure I don’t over-indulge.
275.1 lb Lost so far: 110.4 lb.    Still to go: 140.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
