Still dealing with the pizza from two days ago. It's still in my system, teasing me. :) I made a conscious choice of eating it, and I am prepared for this. The cool thing is that I am now aware of that even if the scale doesn't move for a week after, I am STILL losing weight. It's the heavy meal and all the salt that keeps me heavy, not a huge fat gain. I will continue to be patient, and the weight will drop in a few days - and then some. Just because I have high salt levels and a pizza travelling through my bowels doesn't mean that I am not losing fat weight. So patience and consistency will get me there. Cabbage for dinner tonight - that should also help me on my way. :) Life is good!
