Nice work. Do you alternate your grip position? I like wide grip because it builds a wider back. My trainer though has me change it every month to change up my muscle building routine.

Supergainz & StormsGirl- Thanks so much. I will be happy to be back in our regular gym next week but glad that I started this program 3 years ago and could walk into a gym and know how to use some of the workout equipment. Feels great!

Golfmarina- That is a good question on the grip position. This is not my regular workout gym and to tell you the truth it was a little weird working on other equipment. I have been with a trainer from day 1 and he has showed me where to hold my grip and I realized today that I focus on where that is on the bar in his gym but going to another gym I was a little lost. I think this will be good for me to pay a little more attention to it next week and ask some questions! My trainer is very good about form and they will adjust you but I have been pretty complacent and just do as I am told. I want to learn why?

Chia- thanks I am in my mid reps this week so I had 72# and did 12, 10, 10 for reps. I had lymphedema in my right arm and cording from surgery and the lat pulls have really improved my daily life!

66 pack-Thanks! I read your bio and I was raised on a farm so I know what you mean by meat and potatoes! That was a daily staple. I still love a lot of the foods from growing up on the farm and one thing I will say is that processed foods were not in our diet then.
