ate a whole small pizza last night. the warm weather with all its delicious beers is not my friend. i wish alcohol didnt pack such a punch. coz i love a red wine on a cold winters night and a cold beer on a hot afternoon- especially after working hard. i love a whisky at a bonfire and a vodka cocktail at the clubs. definatly alcohol is the reason for some of my weight. i guess i do tend to eat whatever i want when iv had a few too. if i could give up drinking id follow my diet much better thats for sure. oh well. we live and learn. look forward to a new day.
