ate all my calories by lunch time yesterday (most of a can of Pringles didn't help those numbers) but I steered clear of the fridge for the rest of the day, except to get ice cubes for Mt water, 😏 and it turned out alright. *phew*
237.1 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 97.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
