I know it feels awful... my trick is to log a loss only when I lose a kg. My last log was 92kg, nearly a week ago. This morning I measured and I was 92.5. What the everloving @$#%@.
Just have to hope that on Saturday I'm down to 91. If not, keep on trucking. weight loss isn't straight line. It's um... contrary.

And I mean that! I can be stuck here forever, if that's what it takes. I would prefer to lose some more! But I am grateful not to be back where I started from. Sooooo, that's where I am! Best of luck to you and DO NOT give up! You GOT this!!!

I ate zucchini bread with chocolate chips and it’s been all down hill from there. Thank you for the encouragement.

I would recommend you hire a nutritionist to help you with your food. You are eating too much carbs, sugars, salts, fat, processed food. Regardless that you may have low calorie count. I used to have a nutritionist and it opened my eyes. I learned to eat nutritious food and loose weight. Good luck
