I’m stuck at this weight.
226.5 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're down 100g from sept 27. :D I know it feels awful... my trick is to log a loss only when I lose a kg. My last log was 92kg, nearly a week ago. This morning I measured and I was 92.5. What the everloving @$#%@. Just have to hope that on Saturday I'm down to 91. If not, keep on trucking. weight loss isn't straight line. It's um... contrary.

@mike: I'm stuck too! I just tell myself, "it ain't over yet" And I mean that! I can be stuck here forever, if that's what it takes. I would prefer to lose some more! I ate zucchini bread with chocolate chips and it’s been all down hill from there. Thank you for the encouragement.

I would recommend you hire a nutritionist to help you with your food. You are eating too much carbs, sugars, salts, fat, processed food. Regardless that you may have low calorie count. I used to have a nutritionist and it opened my eyes. I learned to eat nutritious food and loose weight. Good luck
